Electrical fence will be placed all around the estate for further protection and kept on at all times with a solar system. All monitoring will be done by security company off site. The exterior wall on Crammix Road side is made of pre-cast slabs of 2,4m high, a Top Floor high security walling system. On the entrance side of the development, a build wall of 2m high will lead to the main entrance of the estate. The entrance gate will be controlled with a remote system.
